Capital intensive infrastructure like the Nairobi Expressway which is only 21 kilometers of tarmac road has cost Kenya more than Kshs60 billion, but here we are talking of Kshs50 billion that will benefit 50 million Kenyans. This Nairobi Expressway will only benefit Kenyans who are going to the airport. How many Kenyans use that airport? How many will use the water? Piping and ensuring there is water to all citizens will only cost us Kshs60 billion."
