While the petitioners have a right to bring the Petition before this House, I do not think that the immigration officers are to blame because they always act on the existing law and regulations. I hope the Committee will try to find out and direct the matter to the Ministry of Health because they are responsible for reviewing the protocols including blacklisting countries that have serious cases of COVID- 19."
