    "content": "Finally, to explain whether there is any role played by the local administration officers in these insecurity incidences and if any, what action will be taken against the officers involved. The response is as follows: On the night of 27th or 28th November 2020, at an unknown time in Bondi Baragulu Market, one watchman by the name Amos Rezier, a Maasai male adult aged 25 years from Tanzania, was murdered inside an incomplete building structure by unknown attackers. Police visited the scene and confirmed that the deceased had sustained a deep cut on the head and had a temporary permit to be in Kenya. Investigations were commenced vide Police File No.638/64/2020. No arrest has been made. The case is under investigation."
