    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we know that it is not Kenya National Union of Teachers which is not employing teachers, there is an issue of contract. We cannot be held at ransom by KNUT. What is the Government doing to employ those teachers on permanent basis? That is the major problem. The Ministry has money. Could he tell this House when he will employ those teachers on permanent basis, so that we get enough teachers to teach our children? How long will our children continue to suffer? In some schools, we have two teachers. How do we expect them to teach from Standard I to Standard VIII?"
