One of the contentions of the Cabinet Secretary (CS) is that, yes, that right is guaranteed by the supreme law, that is, the Constitution. But, again, it should not infringe on the rights of others as they also picket. They only needed to inform the Officer Commanding Station (OCS), security operators and also choose the demonstration route so that they do not interfere with the others and infringe on their rights.
