    "content": "There is much loss of public funds in this country. There is evidence everywhere whether documented or not of wanton theft of public funds. As we always say, currently, corruption left Nairobi and was devolved to the counties and villages. Unless we continue to strengthen the Office of the Auditor-General so that they are able to track and make everybody who holds and uses public funds to account for them, this country will never achieve its development goals."
