    "content": "I think the Judges in both courts ought to have gone further to clarify whether the reference to the doctrine of the basic structure only refers to the provisions in Article 255 of the Constitution. If it applies to everything, then everybody, including the Judiciary and the highest office which advised the President to dissolve Parliament for not doing something about the Constitution, would have to tell us how we are to do it if we cannot touch the Constitution."
