However, the inquiry team recommended that Harambee Co-operative Society Plaza, the building, be managed as a separate and independent entity. Arising from Mwaliko Inquiry Report, the Ministry constituted an inspection team to explore the possibility and implications of separating Harambee Plaza, the building, from Harambee SACCO Society Limited. The inspection report did not recommend the separation of Harambee Plaza, the building, from Harambee Society Limited."
