    "content": "I have had discussions with people asking why we have brought the names so late in the day and why we did not bring them early in the year or even last year. There has not been any delay, at least, not from the Government side or from His Excellency’s side. We had to wait for the legal framework on recruitment which we passed in this House early in the year and it is only the passage of that law that triggered the process of getting the panel leading to where we are today.
