    "content": "(a) The World Bank uses a standardized methodology to rank 183 participating countries on ten carefully selected indicators chosen to provide an assessment of the ease of doing business. Kenya was ranked 95 out of 193 economies in the World Bank Doing Business 2010 Report, which is the latest. In the previous year, Kenya was ranked No.84 out of 181 countries. Obviously as we go by, Kenya has also had some successes in the past."
