    "content": "We need to ask ourselves the level to which this training will be up to. It is not in my interest o that of vocational trainers that a lot of focus should go to what certification is being given; whether it is a certificate, diploma or degree. Since we are distinguishing vocational training from the formal training we have been having through high school, university and other colleges this one should focus on the skills."
