If that person has a certificate or not the person should be able to be the best salonist in whatever area they are. Our grandmothers did not have any certification, but they knew who the best masseur was in the locality. If one was hurting, mama so and so would deal with the situation because they understood that it was important to focus on the skills more than the certificate."
