    "content": "(Sen. (Prof.) Kamar): Thank you, Senator. Maybe for the information of the Chair, there have been serious fights over whether the technical training sector should be in the TSC. It is one that we may need to approach again with the Technical and Vocational PS and at the same time the Education PS. You need to talk to both of them at the same time. I was in that committee and I know historically that it happened when I was the Minister for Science and Technology. There has been a fight not to allow the TVET line to be under the TSC. The reasons are varied but we may need to relook at that to see if that would help. That is just for information for the Chair and the Committee."
