    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, with those few remarks, I thank you for giving me the opportunity. I look forward to the implementation of this Bill. The capacity that it has is to change the minds of the people so that we do not look at technical and vocational education as inferior. In countries like Canada, the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology is one of the places where students do not even finish college before the industry starts to grab them. What partnerships do we have with the private sector? What partnerships do we have with the private sector? Should we be giving tax rebates and exemptions for industries that are providing technical training and internships and things like that, so that we do not expect the Government to have all the answers and capacity building? We should then get into partnerships where we incentivize the private sector to get into this process."
