    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, if this country was functioning, the Inspector-General of the police and the CS should have resigned. It is very unfortunate and disastrous that we continue to lose lives and property. I call upon the people who are in charge of security and the President of the Republic of Kenya to deal with the issue of bandits once and for all. It looks like the security in Laikipia County has overwhelmed the CS of Interior and Coordination of National Government. The President himself should intervene and even order the military to go to Laikipia and ensure that insecurity does not spill over to any other parts of this country. I thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker for that opportunity."
