    "content": "The Committee conducted investigations, site visit to Thwake Dam in Makueni and met with the community neighboring the dam. It noted that the contractor on site confirmed there was blasting going on at night and it was to continue for at least two more months. At the end the blasting was causing noise pollution and respiratory problems to the residents."
