However, my point of order is that the Deputy Speaker has made a claim that the Luhyas are now the community with the highest population. Where did those figures come from? Could he substantiate or withdraw? This is going to bring a problem when hon. Members, who are responsible leaders, stand here and make allegations which they cannot substantiate."
