    "content": "In the event that they do not get that opportunity, when the regulations are laid before the House and committed to the Committee on Delegated Legislation, they can also make presentations before that Committee and they will be considered. Therefore, the regulations either annulled or returned back to the Ministry will have their input having been considered. At this point in time, I do not want to preclude the Committee from considering them, but we will be considering regulations that have not been officially gazzetted and laid before the House in accordance with Section 5 of the Statutory Instruments Act, 2013.
