The Committee will bring its report, so that we can deal with the same issues on debate after the CSs come here to tell us what they are doing in Laikipia. If need be, you can think about another visit to Laikipia, by not only the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations, but whoever the House thinks should be there. I remember one time when we had a sitting in Uasin Gishu County, the people there were happy that a full platoon of Senators were there trying to deal with their problem on the maize issue. It was not just a Committee, but many Members who were ready and willing. If all of you are ready and willing to go to Laikipia, so be it."
