I request that Dr. Matiang’i, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government, the Inspector General and the other senior security officers and the Cabinet Secretary in charge of the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning appear before this House, as a Committee of the Whole. That meeting should either take place on Wednesday or Thursday. I am sure that Kenyans will not be disappointed by the Senate. The Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations should not worry. They do have a heavy schedule, but we are trying to lighten their burden."
