    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to contribute on this very important issue on constitution making. Constitutional review is a very important exercise. It is, indeed, an exercise that Kenyans have invested heavily in. I want to restrict myself to the last 20 years when Kenyans have been clamoring for a people-driven constitution. Today, instead of this being a climax, I can see it being an anti-climax. The single most important institution that we wanted to reform in this country is the Presidency. Kenyans were crying for 40 years for the reform of an institution that had destroyed all the other institutions and had raised itself to a pedestal that was beyond reproach and even beyond any sanction."
