Therefore, it is important and I still insist that the National Intelligence Service has failed us because up to now we are not even sure of what is causing the skirmishes in Laikipia. Let the National Intelligence tell is the root cause before we start running around, arresting politicians, creating sub-counties, making public pronouncements that are not helping us sort out this matter.
