    "content": "The Petitioner, therefore, prays that the Senate intervenes in this matter with a view to- (i) Recommending a special audit on the Inua Jamii Cash Transfer Programme under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection; and (ii) Recommending that appropriate legal action be taken against individuals and officials involved in mismanagement of the funds. Hon. Senators, pursuant to Standing Order 231, I shall now allow comments, observations or clarifications in relation to the Petition for not more than 30 minutes."
