    "content": "I commend the petitioner for bringing this Petition to the Senate. The Inua Jamiii Programme was meant to uplift the living standards of disabled and other vulnerable groups. There are many vulnerable people who have not benefitted from his programme. As the petitioner has stated, there is need to do a forensic investigation."
