    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the special audit report from the Controller and Auditor-General was concluded around January 2011, but until 8th September 2011, this House did not have the privilege of seeing this special audit report, yet the law is very clear in the audit Act that it should be made available within seven days by the Ministry of Finance. The clarification that I want to seek from the Prime Minister is: Why did the Government, through the Ministry of Finance, decide to withhold this report, contrary to the law? Was it because this report does not go as per the expectations of a political grouping called G7?"
