    "content": "benefitting? What about the people who are supposed to be benefitting now yet they are out of the programme or cannot access the registration platform? In conclusion, it is very important for us to do a thorough forensic audit on all the people who are suspected to be stealing or benefitting unlawfully from the programme. The Government also needs to be made aware that regardless of it releasing the money, it does not reach the intended beneficiaries hence the need for a thorough audit. We need to cut down on the cartels that are benefiting and ruining this noble programme. I am a Member of the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare of the Senate. When this Petition will be before our Committee, I will give my contribution because this is a serious issue. I urge the Members of the Senate to do the same so that this programme benefit as many people as possible.
