Allow me to convey my deepest condolences to the family, the people of Nakuru County, the Senate, and the Republic as a whole for the loss of our dear departed colleague. It is unfortunate that when our colleague was being laid to rest, I was out of the country on official duty. Therefore, I was not able to join those of you who joined the family during that sad moment of sending him off.
