    "content": "HEREFORE, your humble petitioners pray the Senate- (1) Make recommendation to the Ministry of Lands to conduct an audit of the entire current claimant to establish the genuine original squatters that comprised the former Kimondi Forest squatters. (2) Investigate the causes of continued delay and sideling of resettlement of the petitioners. (3) Intervenes to have the petitioners’ resettlement process fast-tracked. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, this Petition is dated 2nd August, 2021. It is signed by 36 petitioners on behalf of the rest of the residents led by Peter Lunyenye, Yohana Rono, Ernest Ambetsa, Eunice Meli, Peris Wanjiko, Philip Ayodi and others.
