    "content": "Now turning to the issue on the Floor, The County Governments Cash Disbursement Schedule, I also congratulate the Committee for having done the work and brought it to the Senate. I also hope that we shall very soon vote on this, so that it can proceed and be processed in a timely manner. However, I also wish to condemn the delayed disbursements to counties.
