We expect the Committee to tell us about the whole process of coming up with fuel prices and also the international component, namely, fuel price fluctuations which also affect the pricing of fuel and the Stabilisation Fund. At a time like this when we have the Corona virus and all those challenges, it was the moment for them to lift the Stabilisation Fund so that they can cushion Kenyans from high fuel price increases which they did not. A lot has to be done."
