    "content": "Given the kind of debt we have as a country, it is high time we sat down as a House and got into business and consider the kind of loans we get from China and elsewhere, whereby a lot of money that we borrow does not trickle down to the economy. It goes back to China. We should consider some of these issues as a House and pronounce ourselves on them and even re-evaluate the Finance Bills that are presented to this House so that at the point we debate and pass them, we should not be under any duress or undue influence to pass Bills that are very punitive to our people."
