    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I join my colleagues in commending Hon. Mule and other public spirited Kenyans who have brought the petitions. I also agree that the question of prices of petroleum products is a very weighty matter and it is properly on the Floor of this House. As you pointed out, Hon. Speaker, under Article 95(2), this House must not just deliberate on issues of concern, but it must deliberate and resolve. I urge the Committee, as they take upon this weighty matter, to have focus on the resolution that will not be just for present purposes, but also for future purposes."
