Allow him a waiver on the pre-publication period so that by Tuesday next week, the Bill goes to the President for assent. If he vetoes it, we raise the two-third majority and disagree with him. Each and every Member here must rise to the occasion. It should not be business as usual. We must reduce the Kshs78 taxation on a litre of petrol and other levies.
