    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Article 43 talks about social and economic rights. These are aspirational rights. The moment we put them in this Constitution, I am going to demand that they are my rights and that is my position. There is no reason a child in northern Kenya should suffer from hunger and want in this day and age. I have to make the Government responsible for the dignity of mankind. That is what the Constitution also provides in other sections."
