    "content": "in the context and circumstances, to balance policy decisions. But there is a clear way given the impact and repercussions of those decisions. Since today is also the international day of peace, allow me to indicate that this is a wake- up call to ensure that we speak for all the citizenry. However, it is a bit disheartening that even on the day of peace, we sometimes seek to bring divisions among us and not rise up to take responsibility to help us make decisions. Therefore, as I support the Petition, I am glad that we can get the Departmental Committee on Finance and Planning to deal with it. I would also like to remind all hon. Members that, as legislators, we be truly united and there should be ways in which regardless of whether there were handshakes or earthquakes or other issues happening outside this august House, when we step in here, we should take responsibility, provide solutions and speak for the people instead of scapegoating and theatrics."
