    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I thank you for giving me the opportunity to reply. Before I do so, I wish to thank all Members who have contributed to this important Sessional Paper. I just want to make it clear that when the advertisement was run requesting for memoranda, indeed it is true that we never received written memoranda. However, a lot of stakeholders purposed to appear before the Committee and we have accommodated those sentiments and they have been captured in the Report. I also want to thank my committee members and my able deputy for actually staying the whole time to be able to prosecute this very important matter. I beg to reply. Thank you."
