    "content": "We must discuss it with certain resolutions. I think that is the direction we should go. If we leave it until tomorrow, I think all the urgency will have been lost. I take issue with the clerk who was sitting this morning because I remember - I want the Clerk to hear this - we asked him to assist the Committee of the Whole come up with an appropriate report on two issues with resolutions: On the question of non- compliance by the Cabinet Secretaries. It is actually contempt of the House; constant repeated contempt of the House. Secondly was our resolution on the question of the increase and the taxation measures that have been taken. I submit that we should adjourn for a few minutes if somebody can appropriately come up with a Motion to adjourn."
