I cannot request this statement to be given to my committee because I Chair the Standing Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. It is for that reason that I have taken time to inform the House on the action that my Committee will take. The Nairobi County Government and the NMS has had enough time and there is no more time for them. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I thank you."
