When there was the last one in Kamkunji, I really pushed the Cabinet Secretary (CS), Dr. Matiang’i, and his Principal Secretary (PS), Hon. Kibicho who gave us resources which we distributed to the victims. In Gikomba as well, I was not able to go, but I quickly called Hon. Yusuf who gave us some resources. However, it cannot be about who you can call and what you can in the case of fire or any other disaster."
