    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, we need the Committee on Finance and Budget and Sen. Faki’s Committee to start engaging the National Treasury on how to craft very tight regulations for creation of a Sovereign Fund that will be handy in future. The good thing with a Sovereign Fund is that if you open an interest earning account, you do not touch it until maturity. When it matures, it is then released to boost the economy. That way, we will be using our resources more prudently than putting our money in a Sinking Fund."
