    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT the Bill be amended in Clause 3- (a) by deleting the phrase “187(2) and” appearing immediately after the words “to Article” in paragraph (a); and (b) by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph- (b) facilitate the transfer of conditional and unconditional allocations made to counties under this Act from the Consolidated Fund to the respective County Revenue Funds and special purpose accounts."
