    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, I rise to support the censure Motion that was brought to the House by Sen. Orengo. I associate myself with the contents of the Motion. As much as the censure Motions are not necessarily binding as a vote of no confidence, it nonetheless gives us an opportunity on behalf of the people of this country to criticize or point out some of the injustices or lack of accountability by most of our Cabinet Secretaries who stand the Committees of the Senate on various occasions."
