However, I wish to pose one question to the Minister. As much as it is clear from this that some chemicals, particularly fertilizers emanating from the farms are causing further decomposition in the lake and, therefore, reducing oxygen, why have the farmers not been restrained from letting the chemicals get into the lake? What is he doing to ensure that the chemicals are not released into the lake?"
