    "content": " Sorry, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Thank you for giving me this opportunity. Sorry for raising this but sometimes some of these things are unforeseen. There was a tragedy in my constituency yesterday evening. A number of people were traveling from Homa Bay Town by boat. The weather was bad and the boat capsized. Two people have already been confirmed dead and nine are missing. Because they were missing overnight, it is presumed that they are most likely dead. My constituency is likely to have lost 11 people.
