    "content": "I would like to start by thanking Hon. Dr. Robert Pukose for sponsoring this Bill, putting in a lot of effort and maintaining momentum as he pushed for this Bill. He points out very clearly that this is a regulation concerning medicine, pharmaceutical practice, food, scheduled substances, therapeutics, cosmetics and medical devices which are related in this particular respect. This is a huge legislation which has 15 parts and 115 clauses, so it is a big law."
