    "content": "The other issue of concern is that the Bill proposes to create the National Quality Control Laboratory. I do not know how this sits in with the other functions of KEBS which could be having the same function. I think that is another thing especially when it comes to food. Also, the Anti- Counterfeit Authority. How does it sit in with some of these issues? When I look at the Acts to be repealed, I do not see it listed there. Maybe the committee can also look at that."
