    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the ambulance is not really that old. The ambulance was supplied to the district hospital in the year 2005. The use of ambulances in our district hospitals has not been very good. Quite often, they are put to multipurpose which makes them breakdown rather fast. That is why we are at the moment having a plan to have a national ambulance system which will manage ambulances much better. This ambulance was manufactured in 2005 and allocated to the hospital and is still good enough if we spent Kshs140,000 to repair it. It is a Four Wheeled Driven Vehicle and it is suited for the terrain and environment in which it is meant to serve."
