    "content": "The control over what to buy over the counter and what not to buy used to be enforced by the Kenya Pharmacy and Poisons Board but that is no longer happening. Anybody can walk into any establishment, especially a chemist, and buy what they want. We hope when the Bill is enacted, it will add more power to control drugs."
