    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Bill. The reason we have more confidence in it is the Mover of the Bill who is a medical practitioner. In terms of the need for the Bill, we are in agreement. I see this Bill was conceptualised and published in 2019. That was even before we were really hit by the Covid- 19 pandemic. The need for this control has been amplified in the last two years. many Members in this House will agree. For the last three months to six months, the number of burials that we have had to attend as Members of Parliament (MPs) and many families that have suffered is quite big. Is there a need to regulate? I say, definitely. But, the Seconder of the Bill, I heard him being called"
