    "content": "The spirit of this Bill is in line with the World Health Organisation’s guidelines. It is something that we need to have in the country. It is long overdue. Separating food from drugs is very important. We need to look at it. At the same time, this Bill tries to consolidate various pieces of legislations into one. I do not know how it will work. The Agriculture and Food Authority Act, which tries to consolidate various agricultural products in one law, has not been good. That is why we are going back to the Tea Act, the Sugar Bill and the Coffee Bill. That is another thing the Committee needs to look into and advise us accordingly."
